In short, it’s a game server being run off the well known game Grand Theft Auto V. As you mentioned, our website does state that the server is currently online & still in development. However, we’ve already built up a community of over 141 people at the time of this message, with no marketing… simply by word of mouth. This is important when touching on the potential revenue we will be expecting going forward. As the main revenue driver are the “Queue Priority” & “Prospect +” packages. Queue Priority: For our launch, we plan to run with a maximum capacity of 128 users. After our marketing campaign, we believe we will be in a position where the demand for the server exceeds that figure… Which is where these come into play. Users can purchase a monthly subscription off the store ranging from £20 - £100. The higher the subscription, the more likely they are to join the server without having to wait in the queue. Prospect +: With regards to Prospect +, it provides the user the top queue priority subscription, direct communication with the servers management & development teams, as well as early access to any future updates we provide. This is a monthly subscription for £125. We then have other extras on the store which are available for purchase, such as: Custom number plates on their car Custom ringtone from our selected set Custom vehicle from our catalogue I’d say that we’re looking to be bringing in somewhere within the hundreds for the first 1-3 months. But after the marketing, our vision is to far exceed these expectations in terms of quality & demand. If we were to say after 1 month of the server being live, 40% of the community we currently have purchased the minimum subscription package, that would be £812.16 a month after fees. As I mentioned earlier, we plan to properly start marketing the server & will look to double if not triple our current size. Just to touch on our community, which acts as our “customer” for this instance. It is a community of 18+ individuals who simply want to find somewhere to actually roleplay to a high standard. The mass majority of people within this scene are people who are happy to spend the money to be & play somewhere that provides the quality they’re after. Hi guys, I’ve had a think about this and here’s what I’m willing to offer. It really comes down to one of two options: Option 1 - Paid / Full Involvement ($500 | £366/month): I come on fully and treat this as a project to manage, the same way I’ve handled Community Manager roles in the past. That means helping organize staff, aid in setting direction and priorities based off feedback, keep things structured, organization of backend, and step in when things need momentum or clarity. Option 2 - Unpaid / Limited Involvement: I help in a much lighter, more passive way, mainly assisting with marketing/PR and offering feedback when asked. This wouldn’t include managing, planning, balancing, or handling backend or operational decisions. I’m genuinely okay with either option; I just want expectations to be clear from the start so the role doesn’t slowly turn into something bigger than intended. Current Staff Team Situation

The current staff team has gone through both the application & interview process.
Cam the Staff Manager is someone who we've worked with previously on other projects on a Management level. He's got a very good understanding of the rules within RP & has experience with head management.
All "Staff" members have gone through an application & interview process. They've all got a lot of experience within server staff teams on serious RP servers & have the right attitude & commitment to be in staff.
"Trial" staff members are people who are relatively newer to being within a staff team & have the right attitude & commitment to the server.

Staff & Trial staff members can be re-reviewed if needs be. It would just require sitting down with Cam to go over them as individuals & potentially getting them in a call. Roadmap

In terms of Development from a server perspective: https://prospect-rp.com/Roadmap (However, after recent conversations we will be pushing back the introduction of guns to a later date. As so many stories can be built before the need of weapons.)

However, from a project / business perspective we're yet to build a roadmap. This could potentially be something we work on together to set targets for the teams.
